End of my Gaming Journey

Hmm... Today was the judgement day for majority of RuneScape's community. Jagex made a mistake once again. They upgraded Runescape into something that nobody would ever imagine. They called the update EoC - Evolution of Combat and also as people call it End of Combat.
They had a beta testing for it in summer but support from players was really bad, nobody really wanted that update... It made a big difference in combat and it't nothing like Runescape anymore - more like World of Warcraft.
It's a funny thing. Jagex wants money, they keep doing crappy updates and shoo the players away while they are optimists and think they get new and fresh players.

This day was also a heartbreaking day for me. I decided to totally quit the game, lost hope, interest and I accoplished my primal goal I had since I started playing this game in it's golden years (2003-2012). So this is it, i've done it very fast without any partys or anything, just wanted to end it as soon as possible for minimum damage to my good memories about the game.
I grabbed all the worthy items from my bank and gave them to my friend who still fights to stay and enjoy the game - believe me, it's hard for everyone.

So I made a small video about it, was a sad moment for me but WTH, we move on, one journey has come to an end but another one (bodybuilding) is yet to trully begin!


This is it folks! This journey of gaming has ended, good 9 years of gameplay on 2 accounts - Faby47 and Nice guy556 (have been reset -.- got hacked by friend and he boted on it (2005) - had 99 mage).
Thank you, everyone I met over Runescape, every awesome moment I lived on this game, it been hella worth it and mostly - THANKS FOR THE MEMORIES.

Nutrition


1 year has gone by and I was constantly eating more and more. It wasn't hard but as anything, somewhere everything stops. In that 1 year I was constantly getting about 150g of protein a day from regular food + 1 protein shake daily. I started cutting in summer to get these abs out and dropped about 4kg mostly water and some fat while I was keeping my muscles untouched.
Had a very big problem of getting back on bulking because my body rejected almost all the food I was eating after cutting (lol). So I started with fast food to get a kickstart and it worked well!
Now when I got back on 80kg and stopped gaining weight I had to totally change the diet. So atm my diet consists of about 3k Calories and abou 200g of protein and looks like this:

Meal 1:

  • 4 egg whites
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 80g oats
Meal 2:
  • 100g chicken breast 
  • 60g whole grain pasta
  • 1x apple
Meal 3:
  • protein shake (1 scoop - 45g)
  • 2x banana
Meal 4 (pre-workout):
  • 200g chicken breast 
  • 80g whole grain pasta
  • 1 cup broccoli
Meal 5 (post-workout): 
  • 200g chicken breast
  • 80g whole grain pasta
  • 1 cup broccoli
Meal 6: 
  • weight gainer (1,5 scoop - 60g)
  • 400g yogurt
Meal 7 (before bed): 
  • 250g cottage cheese
That's it, my diet at the moment - ladies don't try to eat like that, you will be in serious trouble :P

Trainings

I started trainings a bit differently this time. My body got used to these 10-12 reps all the time... So I had to change something. I decided for 6 weeks of  bit changed routine. At the moment I'm in week 2.
I still do the same exercises only the rep range moved to 5-8 reps at max, but there are exercises like bench press where I do 2-3 reps with nearly max I can lift.

Trainings:
(numbers between "/" are the reps in the set)
Chest:

  1. Flat bench Press - 4 sets 7/5/5/3(2)
  2. Flat bench Press (dumbells) - 4 sets 6/6/5/4
  3. Chest Press Machine -  3 sets 6/5/5
  4. Fly Machine - 2 sets 8/7/
Back: 
  1. Wide grip pulldown - 4 sets 6/6/5/4
  2. Lat pulldown - 4 sets 8/6/6/4
  3. Smith machine rows - 3 sets 5/5/5 (going really heavy on this)
  4. Reverse dumbell flyes - 3 sets 6/5/5
  5. Deadlift - 2 sets 4/2 (extremly heavy on this but I keep the good form)
Legs:
  1. Squats - 5 sets 6/5/4/3/2 
  2. Leg press - 3 sets 6/5/5
  3. Lunges - 4 sets 8/8/8
  4. Leg Extensions - 2 sets 8/8
  5. Leg Curls - 2 sets 6/6
Delts (shoulders):
  1. Overhead press (dumbells) - 4 sets 6/6/5/4
  2. Shoulder press - 3 sets 8/6/4
  3. Reverse machine flyes - 3 sets 6/6/6
  4. Lateral Raises - 2 sets 6/6
*Arm Day (every 2nd week):
  1. Ez-bar curls - 4 sets 6/6/6/4
  2. Dumbell curls - 3 sets 6/4/4
  3. Hammer curls - 2 sets 5/5
  4. Onearm overhead tricep extension - 4 sets 7/6/5/4
  5. Tricep extension (pushdown) - 3 sets 6/6/6
  6. Reversegrip tricep extension 2 sets 7/5
Here is my workout plan for first 3 weeks of this 6 week training method. The next 3 weeks will be almost the same but rep range won't be 5-8 but 12-14 to shock the body totally.

1 Year Transformation


It's been 1 year since I wrote anything on this page. I just started and already quit on it LOL. Well I continued the story and I was lifting for about 14 months now :) Good huh? Heh Iron bug bit me hard :P
I was taking screenshots now and then and did some posing every week. It was a good year because the story is just at the beginning! Well I can only describe the progress with photos :)

Nice one huh? Yh skinny and btw I still thougth I have abs! Loool funny thing. Well here I am now, after 1 year of hard work in the gym and some serious work with fork and knife!  (I didn't use any kind of Steroids or Prohormones):

September 2012:


This was the final product of 1 year of hard training and dedication to bodybuilding. I hope I'll be able to step on stage next year in October (that's exatcly 1 year from now) just to see how these competitions look like with my own eyes.
It's been a great year!
Thanks to everyone supporting me on my path, Without people suupporting me and my parents who support me all the way to the "hall of fame" haha I couldn't do it by far. Feeling now, beeing something and someone is totally different than it was before I started training.
I'll be posting my training routines and diet here all the time so if you want a bit of it stay "tuned" hah :P

 Moje življenje do sedaj:
     Kot seveda je dobro da bi se najprej predstavil. Sem Fabian Meško in sem dijak na SERŠ Ptuj. Vedno sem hotel biti nekaj posebnega, da bi ljudje videli nekaj na meni oz. da bi lahko kdaj pa kdaj pokazal kak svoj dosežek v svojem življenju. Začel sem v računalniški šoli. Ampak sem kar hitro ugotovil da ta smer ni taka kot bi si želel. Zanimalo me je vse drugo, vsega sem se hitro naveličal in ker mi šola ni delala težav sem tudi pustil vse tako kot je bilo. Že od osnovne šole sem rad posedal za računalnikom in igral raznovrstne igre, najraje pa MMORPG-je in to je moj razlog, da sem vedno hotel nekaj nadnaravnega. Ampak zato niso bile krive igre ampak so bile igre posledica moje domišlije. Tega se nikoli nisem sramoval, dobil sem udarce in posmehe zaradi tega marsikdaj ampak močna mentaliteta - to je to, haters will hate. Moje najboljse igre so: RuneScape (se vedno sem aktiven igralec), World of Warcraft (samo private serverji) in Lineage II (tudi samo private serverji).
    Moje življenje zaznamuje tudi moja družina. Imam 2 sestri. Zelo rad sem z njimi in ko je le možnost se pridružim kaki družinski aktivnosti (marsikdo bi rekel da sem staromoden, nisem, zavedam se, da brez njih mene nebi bilo in tudi se zavedam da  ne bodo večno na tem svetu).
    Letošnje leto (2011) poleti sem se nekako odločil za en poseben šport.  Zahteva predanost in zelo dosti časa. Reče se mu Bodybuilding. Marsikdo bi se smejal ob tem in si mislil - nor je saj gleda samo na zunanjost,  mislil samo na to kaj bo pojedel in kako bo tisti dan treniral - ravno zato predanost. Od 1. septembra naprej treniram, z strastjo saj ne mislim obupati tokrat. Na fitnes sem hodil pozimi 2010 in pozimi 2011 ampak na žalost  nisem vedel točno kaj delam in kako naj delam, saj rezultatov ni bilo. Tokrat sem stvari vzel v svoje roke in začel zares. Kupil sem prehranska dopolnila (beljakovine in OG. hidrate) in kreatin. Rezultati so se začeli pojavljat. Ravno zato sem naredil ta blog da bi sam opazil kake razlike so in da bi drugi videli kaj se da in kaj ne. Vse bom delal 100% naravno in brez nezakonitih substanc.
    In sedaj še moj cilj:

Dobro se zavedam da do take stopnje ne moraš priti brez hormonskih dodatkov vendar se bom maksimalno potrudil in sel do zadnje meje možne po naravni poti in se kar se da približati temu cilju.
